We value our clients and it is very important to us that our clients are happy with our services. We give clients 30 days to try the new product and if there are problems, we'll correct them at no charge.
Large projects such as eCommerce Package are broken in to several phases in which the payment corresponding to each phase is due upon completion of each phase of the project. Once the payment is made, we offer no refund for the completed transaction. Usually, half of the project cost is paid in advance and the rest after completion of the project.
